This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a). Notice of Employee Rights under the National Labor Relations Act:
The provisions of 29 CFR Part 471, Appendix A to Subpart A (relating to the obligation to post a notice of employee rights under the National Labor Relations Act and to notify covered subcontractors of their obligation to do so) are incorporated by reference in this contract.
FSC Controlled Wood Commitment Statement:
Seller warrants that all wood fiber delivered under this agreement shall come exclusively from the designated supply areas as outlined in the Supplier Declaration. Seller will notify Roseburg of any changes in species, supply area, and/or supply chain.
